Ecommerce optimisation roadmap
Turn every improvement opportunity into one sequenced plan.
For businesses that already have a website or ecommerce operation but know there is more to improve. FifteenFold reviews the commercial journey, CRO, product data, feeds, SEO, merchandising, analytics and technical friction, then turns the opportunities into a practical 90-day and longer-term plan.
What goes into the roadmap
One backlog across the parts of ecommerce that normally sit in different teams.
UX & CRO
Discovery, PDP certainty, mobile friction, basket, checkout and conversion opportunities.
Product data & merchandising
Taxonomy, attributes, variants, content quality, filters, ranges and merchandising gaps.
SEO, Shopping & feeds
Search visibility, Merchant Center, feed quality and channel issues that suppress qualified traffic.
Analytics & KPIs
Tracking gaps, funnel visibility and the measures needed to know whether improvements work.
Technical friction
Performance, integrations, app/plugin debt, platform constraints and changes blocking growth.
Ownership & process
Who needs to own each change, what it depends on and which improvements will keep failing without operational change.
Prioritisation model
Not a wishlist. A plan that says what to do first and what can wait.
0-30 days
Remove blockers, repair measurement and take obvious high-confidence wins.
30-90 days
Work through meaningful CRO, data, merchandising, feed and technical opportunities.
3-6+ months
Sequence larger platform, automation, channel or structural improvements once foundations justify them.
Make it executable
Assign team, dependency, KPI and decision owner to each priority.
This is an optimisation service, not a strategy presentation.
The purpose is to improve an existing digital operation. If a rebuild or migration is eventually needed, it should appear as one evidence-backed item in the roadmap, not the default recommendation.
Is this the same as CRO?
No. CRO is one input. The roadmap can also cover catalogue/product data, feeds, search visibility, merchandising, analytics, technical debt and operational improvements.
How detailed is the roadmap?
Each priority should have the problem, evidence, expected impact, owner, dependency, level of effort and success measure. It is intended to become a working backlog.
Can FifteenFold implement it?
Some items can be delivered by FifteenFold; others may belong with your developer, internal team, agency or platform partner. Ownership is part of the output.
Does the roadmap always recommend a rebuild?
No. A rebuild is only included if the evidence makes it a better option than improving the existing operation.
