Automotive decision platform

The business
Automotive decision platform is a decision-tool concept designed to help a driver think through a repair-versus-change decision before being pushed into a sales route.
What needed solving
Drivers facing a big repair bill need a neutral way to compare repairing the car with changing it.
What we prioritised
Make the decision itself clear, show the assumptions and put useful evidence before a sales route.
What was built
The work followed the decision, not the other way around.
We shaped the proposition, decision logic, results layout and evidence model, then refined the journey around a fast answer rather than a conventional lead form.

Industry context
Why this type of project needs different thinking.
Automotive platform design is not the same as dealer web design. The useful product here is the decision itself, so assumptions, evidence, results and next-step logic need to be clear enough to build trust.
Project FAQs
Questions this work helps answer.
Why is this not positioned as car-dealer web design?
The project is a decision platform rather than a dealership website, so forcing it into a dealer keyword would misrepresent the work.
What does the project demonstrate?
Product strategy, decision logic, evidence design and a mobile-first results journey.
Current state: FifteenFold Lab concept. No traffic, ranking, conversion or revenue result is claimed unless it has been measured and approved.
Why this work matters
The thinking behind the interface.
A high-cost repair can push a customer into a rushed sell-or-change decision.
We framed the product around repair, sell and change options with visible assumptions and evidence.
The experience gives the decision value before introducing a commercial route.
Product strategy, decision logic and useful-first UX for high-consideration choices.
