01 / BUSINESS

The business

Muslim-friendly travel platform is a travel concept built around the complete holiday rather than reducing Muslim-friendly travel to a single hotel attribute.

02 / PROBLEM

What needed solving

Muslim-friendly travel is often reduced to a vague hotel badge when customers need confidence in the whole holiday.

03 / APPROACH

What we prioritised

Build trust around the package itself, with useful evidence for the things travellers actually compare before booking.

What was built

The work followed the decision, not the other way around.

We shaped the package information hierarchy, verification model, search, filters and room-detail journeys around the way customers compare and book.

  • Trust system

Commercial decision map

The customer is comparing a whole holiday, not a badge on a hotel.

This travel-platform concept demonstrates product thinking for a high-consideration journey where search, filtering, package evidence and room detail all need to reduce uncertainty before booking.

Customer decision

Which complete trip fits me?

Destination, flight, hotel, room, facilities and relevant Muslim-friendly criteria need to be compared as one package decision.

Trust requirement

Make claims useful and specific

Vague labels are weaker than clear evidence showing exactly what has been checked and what remains a customer choice.

What it demonstrates

Complex discovery + package UX

Search, filters, package architecture, trust evidence and mobile comparison shaped around a considered purchase.

FifteenFold Lab prototype , no booking, traffic or revenue result claimed.

Industry context

Why this type of project needs different thinking.

Travel website design is a considered-purchase problem. Destination discovery, package detail, filtering, trust, room information and comparison all need to help the customer narrow a complex decision.

Project FAQs

Questions this work helps answer.

Why treat the package as the main product?

The customer is comparing the whole holiday experience, not just a hotel badge, so useful evidence needs to exist at package level.

Why are filters important in travel?

They help a customer narrow a large set of destinations and packages around the things that actually affect the trip.

Current state: FifteenFold Lab prototype. No traffic, ranking, conversion or revenue result is claimed unless it has been measured and approved.

The thinking behind the interface.

SituationThe customer problem

A package decision combines destination, flight, room, facilities, requirements and total price.

ChangedWhat we prioritised

We made comparison, filters and room information do more of the decision work before checkout.

Why it matteredCommercial consequence

Customers can compare the whole trip rather than choosing from a thin hotel card.

DemonstratesRelevant capability

High-consideration marketplace UX with many interacting filters and trust requirements.
